Our Mission

E.A.R.T.H. (Entertainers Against Ruining Their Home) is a nonprofit founded in 1999 by entertainment industry professionals committed to preserving music, arts, and meaningful outdoor experiences for young people. Through festivals, youth events, and programs like the Stephen Miller Music in the Schools Program, we support music and art education while encouraging creativity, family connection, and environmental awareness. Our work has included Battle of the Bands events for teen musicians and the donation of more than $160,000 in instruments to elementary school music programs. Today, E.A.R.T.H. continues its mission in Upstate South Carolina and Western North Carolina, inspiring the next generation through music, creativity, and care for our planet.
