E.A.R.T.H. Awareness is looking for food vendors Booths are available
for the day. Jack Link & Associates, Looking Glass Entertainment,
Florida Today, Brevard Live, WFIT, Beachside Resident, other media outlets
and national recording artists, and performing groups have kindly donated
their time to EARTH Events. E.A.R.T.H.Awareness Benefit Festivals, all
promise to be a full day of top entertainment, quality family time,
planet protecting education, and FUN. Between 3,000 to 5,000 people
are expected at each event. Proceeds of the events will be used to purchase
supplies for our Direct-To-Teacher classroom supply program for art,
music, drama programs in the Central Florida Schools.

help us save the Arts for the Children !
Management reserves the right to refuse inappropriate items from exhibit
or sale. Tables, tents, chairs, power cords and water hoses are the
responsibility of the
vendor / exhibitor.
Please fill out the attached form to reserve your space at the E.A.R.T.H.
Awareness Benefit Festivals, Include the signed Hold Harmless Clause
& your registration fee. Power & Water are available on site,
Standard 110 electrical service is offered , if you require other electrical
service, it is available for an additional fee. All vendors are required
to be open during the festival hours. Management reserves the right
to refuse inappropriate items from exhibit or sale. Tables, tents, chairs,
power cords and water hoses are the responsibility of the vendor / exhibitor.
FEES: A flat fee is preferred for Space Rental as a Food Vendor as described
in the vendor application.

Please print this page and return this form with your payment to:
A deposit of $200 is required for a vendor choosing the ticket &
a 20% percent of gross sales system.
A deposit of 100% of space rental is required for vendors who prefer
a flat fee for the event..
Deposits and fees are due and payable with application. Deposits are
non-refundable .
You must enclose a copy of your occupational license, insurance and
sales tax certificate and deposit to reserve your space at the E.A.R.T.H.
Awareness Fundraiser.
You will be vending for the above specified date(s) and understand that
deadline for vending is 15 days prior to the show.
Vendor / Seller / Displayer / agrees to hold E.A.R.T.H. Awareness of
Brevard, Inc.,, Stephen Miller Memorial Blues Bash, Jack Link &
Associates, any parent entity thereof, their officers, directors, board
of governors and steering committee, harmless from actions and claims,
tort and in contract, arising from its participation, acts, interactions
or omissions at the EARTH Awareness Music & Arts Festival Fundraisers
2010 or otherwise done in the course and scope of its relationship therewith.
I have read the attached Food and Drink Vendors Information and agree
to all terms within.
